These photographers were awarded certificates and cash prizes by our club president, Donny Teague at a reception at the Hickory Museum of Art on Friday, January 11, 2013.

Catawba Valley Camera Club Photo Competition Winners 2011
The Catawba Valley Camera Club hosted a reception and awards presentation for its fifth annual photo competition, IMAGE*INATION, at the Hickory Museum of Art on Friday, January 6, 2012 announced the winners. Their photos will be on display at the museum until March 30.
The competition was open to everyone except Catawba Camera Club members. There were two divisions: seventeen and under and eighteen and above. There were cash prizes for the winners. First, second. third and honorable mention were selected in each age group. Also selected was the Best of Show photograph.
Best of Show won by Doreen Sugierski:
with the image “Charlotte Skyline and Amtrak”.
The over eighteen Division winners were:

Catawba Valley Camera Club Photo Imag*ination Competition Winners 2010
The Catawba Valley Camera Club hosted a reception and awards presentation for its fourth annual photo competition, IMAGE*INATION,
at the Hickory Museum of Art on Friday, February 4, 2011.
The annual completion is open to youth, 13 to 17, and amateur adults.
Winning photographers receive cash prizes. Their photos will be on display at the museum until March 27.

Catawba Valley Camera Club Photo Imag*ination Competition Winners 2009
The winners of the Image-Ination Contest offered for youth and adult amateur photographers were presented with their awards at a reception
held January 8, 2010 at the Hickory Museum of Art. It is noteworthy that the “Best of Show” was awarded to a youth.
The winning images will be in exhibition in the “Windows” Gallery of the Art Museum just off the Coe Galley until February 28.
They are accompanied by the three Camera Club annual winners.
